About your Holistic Massage Therapist
Life experience coupled with ongoing schooling in holistic healing has granted Bridget the privilege of working with clients.

Bridget had a spiritual awakening in the form of a crisis in 2010 when she was 18 which catapulted her to redesign her life in deep alignment with who she truly wanted to become. The powers that be put Bridget into a situation with no distractions possible so that she could focus on healing.

"Hitting rock bottom was like going to a place inside myself that i didn't know existed. Where its dark and lonely"

Bridget recounts, " From this dark place, I never knew if any of my efforts would bloom. By using the truth of rock bottom as a place to push off from, slowly and surely and with much effort, I was able to reawaken my joy.

Joy from this deep place is strong and can be recognized in the people around. We honor each others light no matter how visible. It takes strength and dedication to be a conscious individual in our communities."

Bridgets healing journey deepened in 2012 as she meditated, received Reiki and dived into deep prayer. That same year she was encouraged by her friend Marc to go enter massage school. Once she entered the world of massage Bridget received in depth training in Polarity Therapy, Massage and Reiki.

"This path would not have been an option for me without my spiritual practice."

In 2013 she decided to travel around the country. Bridget reconnected to her core beliefs through a 10 day Vipassana meditation. Biked 100 miles to Key West, met a friend names Sam and traveled across the continent to Vancouver BC.

Personal growth comes with its peaks and valleys. After the Vancouver trip Bridget hit a low. A dear friend now in spirit helped Bridget by personifying what it meant to "Be the change she wanted to see in the world." Amanda is an example of how doing your own thing in alignment with health and happiness is transformative to the people around you. "Amanda, thank you for healing me and empowering me to get back on track from an unhealthy relationship with food."

During the year 2015 Bridget took a yoga teacher training. Her goal and mantra became:

"I am no longer a sugar addict, I have trained for and hiked the entire Appalachian Trail. I know how to survive and feel safe in the world."

In 2016 Bridget went back to school at Spa Tech to become an energywork teacher using the system of RYSE (Raising your Subliminal Energies). Later that year she moved to the Berkshires to work at Kripalu, be closer to the mountains, became a full time massage therapist at Canyon Ranch and learned a bounty of new treatments.

Bridgets Appalachian Train goal came to fruition in 2018 when she finished the 2,190 mile hike on her friend Marcs Birthday August 31st 2018. After hiking the AT Bridget hit another low point and had an incubation period to go through.

What emerged out of this darker reflection period was an awakening to get closer to nature through herbal studies. Bridget started an herbal apprenticeship in March 2019 and projected to finish her second year in May 2021. Letting go of white sugar happened on December 25th 2019. Bridgets latest part of her journey in herbalism was in March 2020. She started working on an organic farm, Common Hands Farm in Philmont NY.
When Covid began much of the economy stopped which gave Bridget the opportunity to grow into the virtual world and expand her art of Teaching RYSE classes online every month. Bridget like the ebbs of time is constantly evolving and changing. One thing is certain though...

"I believe that our work is never done. As we explore our passions with joy the things that do not serve us will weave their way out of our energy system to open space for what is supportive"

"Thank you so much for our interconnectedness on this journey"
