RYSE teaches you about the anatomy of your energetic system. How to tune into your system with mini meditations to align your inner blueprint to its highest potential. In the last hour of this workshop you will lay down comfortably and receive a deep energetic clearing.

Class 1 teaches the basics of the energy system. What the chakras, aura, ida/pingala, and air pattern are and how they look and function in healed and unhealed states. How to work your psychic muscle to tune into the energy system.

Class 2 how you hold your personal power and how you give your personal power away and what that looks like in your luminescent energy system. Healing, Evolving and Merging the Inner Male and Inner Female.

Class 3 Subpersonalities. How your energy system changes depending on what function you are doing. What does your inner student’s energy system look like? or when you’re cooking, when you’re waking up in the morning, when your with your family, or doing some creative work.

Class 4 evolving the energy system. Clearing the mass mind pattern. Bringing in the unique and future aspects of you. Developing your energy systems beyond what we currently know about them.

What to bring:

Wear light colored comfy clothing. Nap time materials like a blanket, yoga mat and bolster. Bring a snack and water. You will NOT need to take notes in this class.
